Confronted with our city’s rapid growth, I’ve spoken up for fair & responsible growth on the City Council.

I’ve advocated for or been supportive of:

✅ Proactively addressing our housing & homelessness crisis.
✅ Tighter controls on short-term vacation rentals
✅ Pedestrian & bicycle friendly development
✅ Responsible budgets supportive of our first responders

Equally important is what I’ve spoken up against.
I’ve voted against:

❌ Unnecessary public subsidies for private development
❌ Developments that encroach on river and wetland habitat
❌ Transportation planning that prioritizes high-speed thru traffic over community livability. 

With your support, I’ll continue to bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to the challenges and opportunities facing our great community.

About Me

I work for Flathead Land Trust protecting our wildlife habitat, clean water, family farms and beautiful open spaces through community conservation. I also serve with the Collaborative Housing Solutions partnership to address our housing and homelessness crisis and the Flathead Trails Association to preserve and advance trails and paths in the Flathead. I previously served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Slovakia working to steer international financing toward local and sustainable economic opportunities and earned a master’s degree in Urban Planning. I also worked on affordable housing and other development issues as a planner in Oregon and Washington, providing me with valuable knowledge to creatively address Kalispell’s growth issues.

Like many who live here, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family and believe Kalispell is a wonderful place to live and raise children.
